Practice and Instructors
Maro Georgatou / Yoga istructor
My style of yoga in this retreat is going to be Vinyasa Flow in the mornings for energizing body and mind, Hatha, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra for relaxation. Half our silent meditation in the mornings also before practice. You will take home a more centered, restored and joyful version of yourselves. Clarity, joy, compassion and love.
I began practicing in 2000 and I am grateful for every moment of it. I ‘ve been inspired by many teachers all these years from all over the world. I try to inspire through my teaching by incorporating both physical and spiritual aspects of yoga in my practice and to encourage people looking for their inner journey towards healing and improvement.
